What is the ruling on paying money to achieve success in studies, especially given that the female student exerts great effort and faces difficulty succeeding because exam questions come from outside the curriculum, while others succeed by paying money?

It is not permissible to pay money to succeed in university exams, as this is a type of forbidden bribery, cheating, and deception. It is considered one of the major sins due to the corruption it entails, such as obtaining a certificate through crooked means and assuming responsibilities based on cheating and deception.

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the briber and the bribed.

Bribery is not included in the warning if it is for repelling injustice or attaining a right.
