Is selling perfumes mixed with alcohol forbidden (haram), and is the money earned from it forbidden (haram), knowing that alcohol is not impure (najis)?

The ruling on perfumes containing alcohol has already been addressed. The ruling on selling them follows their ruling: if they are permissible, then selling them is permissible; and if they are forbidden, then selling them is forbidden. For everything whose possession is unlawful, its sale is also unlawful. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the sale of intoxicants, dead animals, pigs, and idols. When he was asked about the fat of dead animals, he replied that it is unlawful. And may Allah fight the Jews who consumed the price of the fat of dead animals after rendering and selling it. "And verily, when Allah forbids the eating of something, He also forbids its price."
