You have committed a forbidden act by cheating and falsifying your certificate. You must repent and seek forgiveness. If you are able to rectify the falsification, it is incumbent upon you to do so. As for the work and salary you received as a result of the scholarship, there is no sin in it, because it was obtained legitimately before the falsification.
