How does a woman who experiences menstruation twice a month, with each period lasting seven to ten days, fast and pray in Ramadan?

The ruling on menstruation revolves around its cause, in existence and non-existence. If menstrual blood, with its characteristic description and color, flows, then its rulings, such as the prohibition of prayer, fasting, and intercourse, become obligatory, even if its flow recurs more than once a month or its duration extends beyond the usual days. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen responded that menstruation, whenever it occurs, is menstruation, whether the period between it and the previous menstruation is long or short, and the woman should stop praying. However, if the blood flow is continuous or ceases only for a short time, then it is irregular bleeding (istihada), and in that case, she only stops during her usual period.
