The deceased's clothes, tools, and furniture are included in their estate and divided among the heirs. A will made in favor of an heir is not executed unless approved by the adult, mature heirs, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Verily, there is no will for an heir." Likewise, a will exceeding one-third of the wealth is not executed unless approved by the heirs, due to his (peace be upon him) saying to Sa'd: "A third, and a third is much." A debtor can make a will, but their debts must be settled before the will is executed.
