Is renewing a marriage contract orally and in the presence of one witness valid, and is the first divorce that occurred before renewing the contract counted?

The preponderant opinion is the permissibility of marrying a pregnant woman who conceived through adultery, because the semen of fornication has no sanctity and does not establish lineage, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The child is for the [owner of the] bed, and for the fornicator is the stone." The first contract is valid if its conditions were met, and the divorce that occurred after it is considered effective. Renewing the contract is null and void, and the child is not attributed to the husband because the conception was through adultery.
