Is it obligatory to repeat the prayer after discovering dry traces of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) on underwear after washing and praying?

The scholars differed concerning one who prayed with an impurity of which he was unaware, then became aware of it after the prayer. The more preponderant opinion is that his prayer is valid, and he does not have to repeat it.
