What is the ruling on expelling a non-mahram person who enters the house without permission, given that this causes embarrassment and fears for the future of the religious wife?

You have the right to prevent a man from entering your home where your family and maharim reside. He must seek permission before entering and ensure that there are no women present or that they are completely covered. This is part of proper Islamic etiquette. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade entering upon women and considered the entry of the hamw (husband's relative) upon her to be as dangerous as death. It is reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, permission was sought only for the sake of one's sight," and he condemned those who spy by looking into homes. These texts forbid looking inside a house without permission, so how much more is it forbidden to forcefully enter it when there are women inside whose sight is unlawful?
