Would Allah accept the repentance of a girl who lost consciousness after being kissed by a young man, knowing that she used to reject such acts and now feels deep remorse and wishes to atone for her sin?

Allah loves those who repent and rejoices at the repentance of His servant. Allah forgives all sins, no matter how great they are; in fact, He transforms the bad deeds of those who repent into good deeds. Therefore, one must repent, seek forgiveness, perform abundant supererogatory acts of worship, and distance oneself from the causes that lead to wrongdoing.
