Is it sunnah for one who has prayed Tarawih with the Imam to pray eight more rak'ahs as Qiyam al-Layl?

It is sunnah for one who intends to perform night prayers (qiyam al-layl) to delay the Witr prayer so that it is the last of his prayers, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Make the last of your prayers at night Witr.” As for one who has prayed Witr after Tarawih and then wishes to perform night prayers, he may pray as much as he desires and does not need to repeat Witr, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “There are not two Witr prayers in one night.”
