What is the ruling on a wife requesting that the house be registered in both her name and her husband's name, if they will share in paying the installments and daily expenses?

If the wife shares with her husband the costs of building the house, or its price, or the contract, then she has the right to request that half of the house be registered in her name as a partner. However, if she has no share in it, then she does not have that right.
