Is a garment consisting of loose trousers that do not cling to the body, topped with a long, loose outer garment reaching to the ankle or knee, along with a head covering that covers the chest, permissible in Islamic law?

The Shari'ah did not specify a particular type of clothing for a woman's hijab. Rather, scholars have mentioned conditions for a woman's attire in front of non-mahram men. If these conditions are met in the clothing, then it is the prescribed hijab; otherwise, it is not permissible. Accordingly, there is no objection to wearing the aforementioned clothes if they meet the recognized conditions for hijab.
