Does a woman's frequent leaving for necessities, such as running household errands, going to doctors, working, and engaging in da‘wah (call to Islam) activities, contradict Allah's saying: "And abide in your houses"?

A woman's leaving her home is permissible if it is for a need, and her departure does not involve a religious transgression such as displaying her adornment (tabarruj), wearing perfume, or mixing with men in a suspicious manner. It is disliked for her to leave without a need. If her leaving is for these reasons, while adhering to the limits and manners of the Sharia, then there is no blame upon her, and she will be rewarded; based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Yes, prune your palm trees, for it may be that you will give charity or do a good deed."
