How is zakat calculated in detail for a dairy cow farm project that produces milk and sells calves, owned by me and my brothers?

Zakat is not obligatory on cows that are not intended for trade and are fed. Rather, Zakat becomes obligatory on the money generated from the sale of their produce (such as male calves and milk) if it reaches the threshold of 595 grams of silver and a full year has passed over it, from which 2.5% is to be given.
