What is the ruling on distributing vowed rak'ahs over many days, and how can one atone for ill-treatment of Allah due to not fulfilling the vow properly?

A conditional vow is disliked, but it must be fulfilled if the condition upon which the vow was made is met. As for distributing the rak'ahs of the vow, there is no issue with it, because fulfilling a vow is an obligation that can be performed at leisure, not immediately, according to most scholars.
