Is it permissible to stop fulfilling a vow to pray two rak'ahs daily for life, which hinders the performance of Sunnah and supererogatory prayers, and is expiation required for that?

If fulfilling the vow becomes impossible and you are completely unable to do so, then you must offer an expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat ).
