Does a farmer have a right to the partnership, the land, or the trees after the contract has expired and the partner has been absent for many years, given that the farmer has planted fruit-bearing trees on it?

The contract period agreed upon between the landowner and the worker (three years) has expired, and the landowner has refused to renew the contract. Therefore, the worker must hand over the land. The landowner then has the choice: either to order the worker to demolish what he built and uproot what he planted, or to pay him the value of the building and plantings as dismantled.
