The maternal grandfather and maternal uncles have no right to the wealth of the daughter's children whose father has passed away, neither by inheritance nor by guardianship, unless they are appointed as guardians or assigned by the judge. In that case, they are permitted what a guardian is permitted regarding the orphan's wealth.
