Is it permissible to pray on grass that is wet with pure water, or not?

If you are certain of the purity of the place, then there is no harm in praying there, and the presence of wetness does not matter, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed in water and mud. However, if the impurity of the water is known with certainty, or if it has fallen on an impure spot, then prayer is not permissible there due to the absence of the condition of the purity of the spot.
