What is the ruling on a company taking loans from a bank to finance customer projects, where the company buys equipment for the customer and the customer pays the installments directly to the bank?

It is impermissible to deal with the company if the loan involves usury (riba), because that is considered aiding in usury, especially if the company cannot obtain the loan except by taking a copy of the customer's cards. This falls under cooperating in sin and aggression, which is forbidden in Islamic law.
