It is impermissible to create fake reviews for films or goods, due to the presence of lying, deception, and misleading people therein. The matter becomes worse if the review contains unverified information or contradicts reality, as this constitutes bearing false witness. If the films contain impermissible elements according to Islamic law, such as female nudity or incitement to immorality, then commenting on them at that point becomes aiding in their dissemination and promotion, which is forbidden due to Allah's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Furthermore, if the website benefits from the condition of depositing a sum to enter marketing, then it is impermissible, as the transaction involves a loan that brings benefit, which is usury (riba). For marketing to be permissible, it is stipulated that the products must be permissible.
