The answer

The discharges that exit without any preceding cause are considered vaginal moisture, which is pure and does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath); it only necessitates wudu (ablution). Ghusl is only obligatory if the exit of semen, which necessitates ghusl, is confirmed. Even if semen exits while awake without feelings of pleasure, it does not necessitate ghusl according to the majority of scholars. In cases of doubt between semen and madhiy (prostatic fluid), there are previous fatwas clarifying what must be done. It is recommended to increase fasting and righteous deeds to control lust.
