If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the estate is divided as follows: The wife takes one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant (the grandsons). The remainder after the one-eighth is taken by the grandsons by virtue of ta'sib (residuary heirship), and it is divided equally among them. If there is a granddaughter among them, then the male receives the share of two females. The full brothers and sisters are excluded by the grandsons.
