What is the interpretation of Allah Almighty’s saying: {And Allah has created every [moving] creature from water} and what is the secret behind clarifying the creation of man specifically, unlike other creatures?

The exegetes have not mentioned a specific reason for the Quran's preference to discuss the creation of man. However, the detailed mention of Allah's signs and blessings within the human self invites man to recognize Allah's signs and His creation of him, which necessitates worshipping Him, submitting to Him, and thanking Him. As stated in His (the Almighty's) saying: "And in yourselves. Then will you not see?" and "We will show them Our signs in the horizons and in themselves." Since man is honored and favored above many creatures, it is not surprising that the discussion of his creation receives attention and detail.
