It is permissible to tighten the chest and body with medical drugs so long as they do not cause harm. As for surgery, if the sagging or wrinkling is normal and the intention is to increase beauty, then it is forbidden. However, if it is disfiguring and abnormal, and the intention is to treat the defect, then it is permissible.
