ماذا تفعل امرأتان لديهما عذر شرعي حيال رجل توفي معهما في السفر بمكان ناءٍ عن العمران، من حيث الصلاة عليه والدفن؟

If the two women are wives of the deceased, they are permitted to wash him. However, if they are not related (strangers), then tayammum (dry ablution) is permissible, or washing him over his clothes, or wrapping him in his clothes.

If they are menstruating, they are not permitted to pray over him. One must wait until one of them becomes pure. If that is not possible, the deceased is buried without prayer. If they become pure after burial, they should pray at his grave, or perform the funeral prayer in absentia (salat al-gha'ib) if they have left the place. Purity is not a condition for burying the deceased.
