Is it permissible to break the monopoly of a certain service and offer it at a lower price by not adhering to some of the conditions and instructions of the main service providers, knowing that this transgression will not harm anyone and will not affect the quality of the service?

One must adhere to the terms of a contract if they do not violate the Sharia, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." As for conditions that permit the forbidden or forbid the permissible, they hold no value, as he, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is wrong with people who stipulate conditions that are not in the Book of Allah? Whoever stipulates a condition that is not in the Book of Allah, it is not valid for him, even if he stipulates it a hundred times."
