Is it permissible for a debtor who procrastinates in repayment to benefit from the help of others, especially if he is a creditor to others who procrastinate in repaying their debts?

If Allah loves a people, He tests them; thus, the believer must exercise patience and seek recompense from Allah. And whoever lends to a debtor should grant him respite until his circumstances ease, as Allah Almighty says: "And if there is any debtor in hardship, then grant him a delay until he can pay with ease; but if you remit it by way of charity, that is better for you, if you only knew." It is also recommended for the debtor to supplicate with the supplications mentioned for repaying debts, such as: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from inability and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the domination of men," and "O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision against Your unlawful, and enrich me by Your grace, independent of anyone but You."
