What is the ruling on disposing of a trust deposited by an uncle, and are the funds sent now considered a repayment for it, and what is obligatory to do concerning the father who disposed of the trust, and the uncles who deny receiving any funds?

Bearing false witness is one of the gravest sins. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned that "false speech" or "false witness" is among the gravest sins.

The father who bore false witness must repent to Allah, return the unlawfully taken money to the orphan and his uncles, and seek absolution for the injustice in this world before death; for his repentance will not be complete without this. Furthermore, turning away from Allah's law can be a cause for calamities in this world.
