What is the ruling on digging up graves located in a room adjacent to a mosque, upon which the mosque was built over one hundred years ago, under the pretext that it is impermissible to pray in a mosque that contains a grave?

The aforementioned mosque is not built upon a grave, and prayer in it is permissible as long as there is a barrier separating it from the graves. Digging up these graves is impermissible; rather, they must remain as they are, because the sanctity of a Muslim deceased is like their sanctity alive. A grave is not removed unless it is inside the mosque, and the mosque was built first, and then any structure on it is removed.
