Is it permissible to eat chicken meat slaughtered by a Chinese person using scissors, cutting the two jugular veins, and invoking Allah's name at the time of slaughter, or must the wife undertake the slaughter herself?

The slaughter of disbelievers is not permissible, except for the slaughtered animals of the People of the Book (Jews and Christians), based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿And the food of those who were given the Scripture is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them.﴾ It is not permissible to eat the slaughtered animal of a disbeliever who is not from the People of the Book, even if he slaughters it according to the Islamic method. Therefore, you must slaughter it yourself, or have your husband, a Muslim, or a person from the People of the Book slaughter it, or limit yourself to vegetables and seafood.
