What is the most comprehensive and largest book that has gathered all the Prophetic Hadiths (Hadith Qudsi) from various other books?

Qudsi Hadiths are found in the books of Sunnah. Some scholars have dedicated entire works to their compilation. It is not possible to definitively state which is the largest book specialized in them. However, one can refer to Fatwas no. 82964 and 39319, as they mention some of the most important books that have collected these Hadiths.
