Is the charity or 'Umrah of a servant whose debts are agreed to be paid gradually accepted?

It is permissible for someone who has installments to pay to give charity and perform Umrah if he is able to repay them on time, and this does not affect the repayment, whether the creditors give permission or not. As for the acceptance of charity and Umrah, its knowledge is with Allah, and upon the servant is sincerity and exertion of effort.
