How can a person protect himself from sins after Iftar and until Fajr prayer?
A Muslim must abstain from prohibitions at all times, whether fasting or not. Fasting weakens desire, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided those who could not marry to it so they could control their desire. This benefit is also present at night after breaking the fast, as a result of the fasting itself.
