What is the ruling on a loan I received where I did not see the commodity (rice) that was the basis of the loan, and is this loan considered among the prohibited sales, knowing that I took the loan while aware that I would be dismissed from my job, and with the intention of repayment?

The transaction involving the sale of rice, if it occurred before you or your agent took possession of it, contains a legal prohibition because it is the sale of food before its possession, which is forbidden. However, if you had taken possession of the food, or authorized the company to take possession of it and sell it, then there is no harm in the transaction. As for your borrowing with the knowledge that you are unable to repay, and based on the pretense that you are an employee when you are not, this is deception and fraud. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against taking people's money with the intention of not repaying it. Therefore, you must strive to repay the debt and repent to Allah.
