Must the young man marry now, in fulfillment of his vow after his prayer was answered, or is he permitted to postpone it?

Scholars have differed on the ruling concerning a vow to marry. The preponderant view is that whoever has the desire [for marriage] must fulfill their vow, based on the hadith: "Whoever vows to obey Allah, let him obey Him." As for someone who has no desire, such as an impotent person, they are given the choice between fulfilling it and offering expiation. If marriage becomes obligatory through a vow, it must be fulfilled immediately once the condition is met, as this is the nature of fulfilling a conditional vow.
