The questioner is advised to prevent his wife from accessing harmful programs and to explain the danger of being lenient in this matter. He should also advise her to occupy her time with what benefits her in matters of her religion and worldly life. If she responds and no suspicion arises from her, then he should keep her and treat her kindly, and be keen to close the doors of temptation for her and cooperate with her in obeying Allah, while having a good opinion of her. The general rule is that it is not permissible for a husband to search his wife's phone and spy on her, unless a suspicion arises that necessitates spying to prevent evil.
