They are a cause for the expansion of sustenance, a long life, warding off an evil death, and a reason for Allah to connect you with goodness and benevolence. The true maintainer of kinship ties is one who connects with the relatives who have cut him off. Therefore, you must observe piety towards Allah, be patient, maintain kinship ties, and supplicate to remove aversion and repel the devil's cunning.
