Is it permissible for a new Muslim woman to use banking interest from an old account to pay the tuition fees of her poor relatives, due to the absence of Islamic banks in her area?

Depositing money in usurious banks is forbidden except out of necessity, with the restriction to a current account without interest. The usurious interest obtained is forbidden and must be disposed of by spending it on charitable causes. It is not permissible for the owner of the money to use it for their own personal benefit or for those whose maintenance is obligatory upon them. However, there is no harm in giving it to those whose maintenance is not obligatory upon them, such as poor siblings, for them to pay fees or meet their needs.
