Do all the children of the paternal aunt and paternal uncle become siblings through suckling?

If a person is suckled by a woman five or more times, and the suckling occurs within the first two years of life, then he becomes her son by fosterage. He also becomes a brother to all her children and to anyone else she suckled. What is forbidden by consanguinity becomes forbidden to him by fosterage, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What is forbidden by consanguinity is forbidden by fosterage."
