Is the love or hatred of people considered a measure of Allah Almighty's love for a servant?

It is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that whoever Allah loves, He places acceptance for him in the hearts of the people of the earth, especially the people of faith and righteousness, and after his death, confirming his saying (peace be upon him): "Indeed, Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, when He loves a servant, He calls Gabriel, saying: 'Indeed, Allah has loved so-and-so, so love him.' So Gabriel loves him. Then Gabriel calls out in the heavens, saying: 'Indeed, Allah has loved so-and-so, so love him.' So the inhabitants of the heavens love him, and acceptance is placed for him among the people of the earth." Some people may hate a believer due to envy or their bad character, or due to a temperament flaw, and this does not mean that Allah does not love him. Acceptance and affection in the hearts of people are good tidings for the Muslim who upholds the laws of Allah, and not a primary goal. The primary goal is to seek Allah's pleasure and love by following what the Prophet (peace be upon him) brought, and by performing the obligatory acts and supererogatory deeds. People's hatred for a righteous Muslim does not mean Allah's hatred for him, as the motive might be injustice from the hater.
