What is the ruling on celebrating Qargi'an (Qarnag'o) during the White Days of Ramadan by distributing sweets and nuts to children?

Celebrating "Qarqee'an" is an innovation (bid'ah) that has no basis in Islam, and every innovation is a misguidance. It must be abandoned and warned against, and it is not permissible to hold it anywhere. What is prescribed on the nights of Ramadan is to strive in prayer (qiyam), recite the Qur'an, and supplicate. This Eid has no basis in Sharia or in common custom. Since it involves dancing, music, and displaying joy, it is a newly invented innovation that must be denounced, and it is not permissible to approve of it or participate in it.
