The answer

Marriage is the tradition of the prophets and messengers, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded and encouraged it. We advise you to marry with the intention of increasing the Muslim progeny, and to protect your chastity and that of your spouse, and to respond to your parents' desire. Do not pay attention to what you fear about the impact of your brother's conduct on your spouse's reputation, because you have fulfilled your duty towards your brother, and no soul shall bear the burden of another. You can take care of your parents and siblings without living with them, by choosing a residence close to them. Persevere in praying for your brother.
