Is it permissible for a mother to bequeath all her wealth to her daughters, or must she allocate a portion of her wealth to her deceased brother's children to prevent God's wrath from descending upon her?

Bequesting money to an heir is not permissible, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no bequest for an heir."

However, giving money as a gift to daughters while the giver is in good health is permissible.
