What are the arguments of Christians to prove the validity of their religion, and how can they be refuted with evidence from the Holy Quran and reason?

There are beneficial books by contemporary and earlier scholars in refuting Christianity that are worth referring to, including: "Izhar al-Haqq" by Rahmatullah al-Hindi, "Al-Yahudiyyah wa al-Nasraniyyah" by Ahmad Shalaby, "Muhadarat fi al-Nasraniyyah" by Muhammad Abu Zahra, "Al-Aqa'id al-Wathaniyyah fi al-Diyanah al-Nasraniyyah" by Muhammad Tahir al-Tanir, "Al-Jawab al- li man Baddala Din al-Masih" by Ibn Taymiyyah, and "Hidayat al-Hayara fi Ajwibat al-Yahud wa al-Nasara" by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah.
