The answer

Sorcerers and astrologers use symbols, numbers, and geometric shapes in their magic and astrology, claiming them to be astronomical forms through which they deduce earthly events. All of this is forbidden magic and charlatanry, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever acquires knowledge from the stars has acquired a branch of magic; the more he increases, the more he increases." A sorcerer will never succeed. Therefore, do not use this necklace. To get rid of it, recite verses for nullifying magic over it (such as Ayat al-Kursi and the Two Protectors - al-Mu'awwidhatayn) and blow on it. Then, remove its engravings with a file, and bury the necklace and the filed-off parts in two different places, or scatter them in running water. It is preferable to present this to specialists in nullifying magic.
