Must a fiancée inform her fiancé of her desire to donate her kidney, knowing beforehand that he would refuse?

It is permissible to donate organs for benefit if the intention is to draw closer to Allah, provided that the donor is an adult, of sound mind, and mature, and that the donation does not cause him present or future harm. Furthermore, the donated organs must not be sensitive, such as reproductive organs. It is also required that the doctors predominantly believe the patient will benefit, and that organ transplantation is the only means of treatment. It is advisable to inform the suitor about this matter before marriage to avoid future problems.
