Is it permissible to object to a father's decision to bear the full loss of a business in which his cousins participated, and to demand that the loss be divided between the two parties in accordance with the provisions of Sharia?

Losses in a company are borne by the capital owners according to their shares, and the father is not obligated to bear the loss of his nephews' money, nor do they have the right to demand their full capital from him. However, if the father does so out of kindness and charity towards his nephews and to maintain kinship ties, then it is a good deed and not extravagance, and no one has the right to object to it as long as he is fulfilling his duties. But if his charitable giving leads to his neglecting the financial support of his needy children, then this is not permissible, and the father should be advised then with politeness and without violence or abuse.
