Is it permissible for the husband to go to the second wife on the working wife's (the first wife's) day while the working wife is at work?

"A working wife's workday is her right, and it is not permissible for the husband to go to the second wife during the first wife's working hours except with her permission. If he does so, he must compensate the first wife for that time, because he married her knowing she was employed and he was content with that."
