Does changing a child's clothes after they relieve themselves nullify ablution?

Touching a child's private parts with a barrier, or merely having impurity on the hand, does not nullify ablution; rather, washing the hand suffices. As for directly touching a child's private parts, jurists have differed on this matter. The fatwa adopted by us is that ablution is nullified by touching the private parts of another person in all circumstances, and this is the more cautious opinion.
